Privacy policy
This page explains, in plain language, what personal data jetzetsph.com handles, why, and what you can do about it.
1. Who we are
jetzetsph.com is run by 5 Sycamore Holdings Inc. (Jetzets), a company based in the Philippines. 5 Sycamore Holdings Inc. is the personal information controller for this site: it is responsible for personal data on this site and for privacy compliance. Contact: hello@jetzetsph.com.
2. Scope
This policy covers jetzetsph.com. tara, our web app at tara.jetzetsph.com, has its own privacy policy at tara.jetzetsph.com/privacy. Banks, brands, Pexels and Google have their own policies, which apply when you visit their sites.
3. What this site collects
This site has no accounts, no forms, no first-party cookies and no analytics.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested, time) for a limited period under its own retention policy, to keep the site secure and running.
The fonts and images on this site are served from this site, so no font or image request goes to Google or Pexels when you read a page.
When you contact us, we keep your message as long as we need it to reply and follow up, and delete it within 12 months after the conversation ends, unless the law requires us to keep it longer. Messages sent from inside tara are also covered by tara’s own privacy policy.
4. Advertising (Google AdSense)
jetzetsph.com itself shows no ads. tara, our app at tara.jetzetsph.com, may show ads served by Google AdSense, and its own privacy policy covers them too. Wherever our ads are shown, this is how they work, in our own words:
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your earlier visits to this site or to other sites.
- Google’s advertising cookies let Google and its partners serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and to other sites on the internet.
- The technologies involved can include cookies, web beacons, IP addresses and other identifiers. As a result of ad serving, third parties may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons or IP addresses to collect information.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising in Google’s Ads Settings, and out of other vendors’ use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info.
- Google is the only advertising vendor this site works with. If another is ever added, it will be named here, with a link to its policy, before it is used.
- Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services.
Where the law requires your consent for advertising cookies, we ask for it before they are used, and you can change your choice at any time through Privacy settings.
5. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland
If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, consent for personalised ads is collected and recorded through Google’s certified consent message before any personalised ad is shown. The parties that may receive your data are Google and its certified ad partners, described at business.safety.google/privacy.
You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through the Privacy settings link in the footer of every page, which leads here. While no ads are shown, there is nothing to consent to and no advertising cookies are set.
6. Children
This site is not directed at children under 13, and interest-based ads are not aimed at them.
7. Your rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have the right:
- to be informed about whether and how your personal data is processed;
- to access your personal data;
- to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- to object to processing, including profiling and direct marketing;
- to suspend, withdraw, block or erase your data;
- to data portability;
- to be indemnified for damages;
- to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
Your heirs and assigns may exercise these rights on your behalf where the law allows. To use any of these rights, email hello@jetzetsph.com. We reply as soon as we can, and within the period the Data Privacy Act and the National Privacy Commission’s rules allow.

9. Recipients and cross-border processing
Personal data from this site can reach three kinds of recipient: our web host, which keeps the server logs; our email provider, which carries your messages to us; and, when ads are shown, Google and its certified ad partners. Google and our web host process data outside the Philippines. Jetzets stays responsible for the personal data it passes to them.
10. Security
The site is served over HTTPS everywhere. There are no forms or accounts here, the logs are kept to the minimum the host needs, and access to the contact inbox is restricted. If a breach ever affected personal data, we would notify the National Privacy Commission and the people affected, as the law requires.
11. Changes
We post changes on this page before they take effect and update the dates above. When ads go live, this page and tara’s privacy page are both updated first.
